POTRET AKIDAH TOKOH UTAMA DALAM NOVEL EMBUN DI ATAS DAUN MAPLE KARYA HADIS MEVLANA

Abstract

The literature is a work of art that is unique and interested to learn. Literature has beautiful aspect and massage which are implied in it. This paper is aimed at investigating the faith of main caharacter in novel ‘Embun di Atas Daun Maple’ written by Hadis Mevlana. The method used was deskriptif qualitative. Based on the analysis, the novel ‘Embun di Atas Daun Maple’ contains the portrait of religious faith, especially in the main character’s personality. The religious faith represented the five islamic basic pinciples, they were believe to God (Allah), believe to Allah’s angels, believe to Allah’s messenger, believe to holy Qur’an, believe to doomsday, and believe to God’s destiny.
