Aspek Sosial dalam Novel Hari Mulai Terang Karya Arafat Nur

Abstract

Literature is a work that can provide entertainment to the viewer. The fruit of the thoughts of one author with another. One of these literary works is a novel entitled Hari Mulai Terang, telling a conflict of life problems faced by the main character. Describe some of the conflicts in the conflict there is a social aspect. This study uses the theory of sociology of literature aims to determine what social aspects contained in the novel. This study uses qualitative descriptive methods, and data collection techniques using literature studies with problem solving procedures. The results showed the existence of social aspects in the form of cultural aspects, religious aspects, political aspects and economic aspects in the form of actions, descriptions of circumstances and conversations conducted between figures. As for suggestions for readers who want to analyze literary works using literature studies, especially analyzing social aspects to be done more thoroughly, more detailed and more focused for maximum results in the future. Because precision and patience are needed to understand the various theories and diverse.
