Gaya Bahasa Sindiran pada Episode Zulkifli Hasan di Lapor Pak Trans 7

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of satirical language styles in the Lapor Pak! which features Zulkifli Hasan as a guest star. The satirical language styles studied include irony, cynicism, sarcasm, satire, and innuendo, all of which are used to convey social and political criticism in an entertaining way. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, where data is obtained through direct observation of episodes of Lapor Pak! which was uploaded on the Trans7 YouTube channel. The analysis was carried out by classifying and describing the satirical language styles that appeared in the dialogue of the presenters. The research results show that this program utilizes various types of satire to highlight the discrepancy between political idealism and reality, as well as to criticize political culture in a humorous but sharp manner. The satire in this event not only functions as entertainment, but also as a means of providing social criticism that is relevant to current political and social conditions. In conclusion, the use of satirical language in Lapor Pak! proven effective in conveying critical messages in an entertaining way, reflecting the culture of polite communication in Indonesian society, as well as providing interesting political learning for the audience.
