Imaji Erotisme dalam Novel Kerumunan Terakhir Karya Okky Madasari

Abstract

One aspect that cannot be separated in the world of literary works is the issue of sexuality. Writers often debicts sexuality through eroticism image. One of the most popular literary works that contains images of eroticism is the novel Kerumunan Terakhir by Okky Madasari. This study aimed to describe the image of biological eroticism and the image of metabiological eroticism in the novel Kerumunan Terakhir. This research used descriptive qualitative literature and used reading, listening, note taking techniques for data collection. As for the data analysis technique, the researchers used techniques in the form of: (i) description techniques and (ii) content analysis techniques. The results showed that there were images of biological eroticism and metabiological erotic images. (i) The image of biological eroticism consisted of the biological erotic images of pre-event, on-moment, and post-event. (ii) The image of metabiological eroticism consisted of images of pre-event prehistoric metabiological eroticism, on-events, and post-event. The image were used to describe the events of sexuality of the characters involved in the love story. The image of eroticism were portrayed through the character>s inner monologue, presented in the form of news, through natural metaphors, and through humor. The image were wrapped by using other images and framed with several types of language styles.
