Peran Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala TK Terpadu dalam Meningkatkan Potensi Guru Melalui Pembuatan Media Pembelajaran dari Limbah Anorganik

Abstract

The phenomenon of life so far that occurs in schools is an attitude of indifference to the environment. Schools are expected to be able to assist in solving this environmental problem. Therefore, to get optimal results, a professional teacher is needed in carrying out their duties and functions by utilizing inorganic waste as a learning medium. Through a qualitative approach to ethnographic studies, this study aims to describe the role of managerial competence of kindergarten heads in developing teacher potential through making learning media from inorganic waste. The results showed that concrete steps had been taken by the head of the Integrated Kindergarten Syamsul Huda, through three stages. First, the preparation stage, begins with a survey of locations and targets and the preparation of training materials. The two stages of implementation, starting with the process of providing material, making learning media tools, stages of making language aquarium media, and stages of making media.
