Peningkatan Kreativitas Anak Usia Dini Melalui Pembuatan Karya Berbahan Botol Bekas

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low self-confidence of group A students of Tunas Harapan Kindergarten, Tanjungrejo Village, Kebonsari District, Madiun Regency. This can be seen from the majority of children who are still passive in making creativity, low selfconfidence when doing assignments, and children’s dependence on others is still high. This study aims to increase children’s creativity through making works made from used mineral water bottles in group A children at Tunas Harapan Kindergarten, Tanjungrejo Village, Kec. Kebonsari Kab. Madiun for the 2020/2021 academic year. This research is classroom action research (CAR). The data obtained through observation and test showed an increase of students’ creativity through the activity of making crafts from used mineral water bottles in group A children at Tunas Harapan Kindergarten. This is indicated by the results in the cycle, namely making vehicles on land and boats with 70% of students succeeding in making them. In cycle II, students who succeeded in making works increased to 100%. Thus, it can be concluded that through the activity of making crafts from used mineral water bottles, children in group A of Tunas Harapan Kindergarten can develop
creativity in children.
