This study aims to analyze the administrative management of learning planning at Harapan Umat Kindergarten. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving one classroom teacher who was directly engaged in preparing learning administration documents. Data were collected through observation and semi structured interviews conducted on May 15, 2026. Data analysis used the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, including data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that Harapan Umat Kindergarten uses teaching modules as learning planning administration, which include learning outcomes, learning objectives, activity themes, and learning activity designs. The preparation of learning administration is conducted collaboratively among teachers through discussions and curriculum training. Learning evaluation is carried out daily to assess learning achievement and childrens development. The main challenges faced by teachers relate to understanding learning outcomes and learning objectives within the Merdeka Curriculum. However, these challenges are addressed through training programs, teacher collaboration, and practical experience in preparing teaching modules. The study concludes that the administrative management of learning planning plays an important role in supporting effective learning implementation that meets the developmental needs of early childhood learners.
