Efektivitas Articulate Storyline terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Sekolah Dasar: Systematic Literature

Abstract

This study aims to assess and measure the effectiveness of Articulate Storyline-based instructional media. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was employed to determine the extent to which Articulate Storyline-based instructional media can help improve students’ learning abilities. This study was motivated by the low utilization of interactive digital instructional media and the low levels of engagement and academic achievement among elementary school students. Based on a comprehensive analysis, this study is directed at exploring concrete findings regarding how Articulate Storyline influences students’ learning outcomes in various learning situations in elementary schools. The research sample comprises 27 articles related to the use of Articulate Storyline, screened from 2021 to 2026. The methodology for this systematic literature review (SLR) is based on PRISMA 2020 and includes identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and inclusion. Data collection was conducted from various international databases such as Scopus, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, Taylor & Francis, ERIC, Wiley Online Library, and Google Scholar. The search results indicate that the effectiveness of using Articulate Storyline as an instructional medium has been proven to enhance student learning outcomes, motivation, active learning, and interactivity in the learning process. The integration of various elements such as sound, animation, video, audio, simulations, and quizzes can help students transform abstract concepts into more concrete and contextual understanding. The implication of this research is to strengthen Articulate Storyline as a learning medium capable of transforming conventional teaching into more interactive and student centered learning.
