Penerapan Metode Bermain Peran untuk Meningkatkan Kepemimpinan Siswa

This research is motivated by the lack of children’s leading ability aged 5-6 years at TK Dharma Wanita 2 Wringinanom and teachers who still use conventional learning. Therefore, researcher used role playe method to improve children’s leading ability aged 5-6 years. The purpose of this study was to examine the application of role play in improving the children’s leading ability aged 5-6 years at TK Dharma Wanita 2 Wringinanom. This research was classroom action research. The procedures in classroom action research were carried out through cycles consisting of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The data collection techniques used were observation and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis which described the children’s leading ability through role play. The percentage of achievement result in the first cycle was 60%, while in the second cycle the percentage was 80%. Based on the results of this study, it showed that role play was able to improve the children’s leading ability aged 5-6 years at TK Dharma Wanita 2 Wringinanom.
