CAMPUR KODE DALAM DIALOG FILM KURANG GARAM DISUTRADARAI OLEH KIKY ZKR

Abstract

Language and humans are two inseparable components, since both are developed simultaneously. All activities of human life are supported by language. Therefore, in the context of human life, there is a special branch of science that studies language and social relations, namely sociolinguistics. In the study of sociolinguistics, one of the important themes discussed is codemixing theory. This study aims to describe the form of code mixing and what language is used in the film Kurang Garam directed by Kiky ZKR in 2016. The research method uses descriptive qualitative with a literature review design. The data collected from the dialogues among characters which identified as containing code-mixing. The data then analyzed with an interactive model of data analysis. The results showed that the code mixing in the dialogue among characters realized the form of: (1) word insertion, (2) phrase insertion, (3) baster insertion, (4) word repetition, and (5) clause insertion.
