Abstract

Text books are textbooks in certain fields of study which are standard books
and are compiled by experts in that field for instructional purposes and objectives, which
are equipped with suitable teaching facilities and are easily understood by users in schools
and colleges so that can support learning programs. As one of the supporting learning
activities, of course, it must meet the feasibility test that has been determined. This study is
a study that aims to describe the feasibility of the contents of the Bahasa Indonesia SMA/
MA/SMK/MAK Kelas X Edisi Revisi 2017 book, published by the Ministry of Education
and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. The research was conducted using descriptive
qualitative methods. Researchers process the data obtained by conducting analysis, which is
then presented in the form of a description. The source of the data in this study is the text
in the Bahasa Indonesia SMA/MA/SMK/MAK Kelas X Edisi Revisi 2017 book, published
by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. The research
technique used by this researcher is a document content analysis technique. Based on the
research conducted, it can be concluded that the Bahasa Indonesia SMA/MA/SMK/MAK
Kelas X Edisi Revisi 2017 book, published by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the
Republic of Indonesia can be said to be quite good in terms of content feasibility, language
feasibility, and presentation feasibility.
